11.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betagame and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.
In no event shall Betagame's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100.00) or the total amount you paid to Betagame in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Betagame and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any content you submit or transmit through the platform.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@betagame.info or through the account management features available on the platform. Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid, except as expressly provided in the applicable service terms.
13.2 Termination by Betagame
Betagame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms of Use, conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform, or for business or operational reasons.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
14. Modifications to Terms
Betagame reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as an email notification or a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.
15. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement

16.2 Severability

Betagame shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events.
